Putting Cash to good use..

I came up with a half descent idea last night.In an attempt to get more members posting and being more active, why not charge money to unlock certain parts of the forum, such as downloads.....say £50 to download a park made by one of us.Or Maybe £100 to download some custom scenery, if you catch my drift.Obviously the newbies need to post to get money, thus eliminating the problem we have.And you dont have to limit yourself to just the downloads section.Whatja think?

there might be a problem to your plan people will just post spam to just get money and also if we get rid of places where people always post they might leave

Currently new members get a "Reward" of 10$ when the join the forums. Also a Shop is currently under development though I do not know when its released. I like the ideas, and I'll see what I can do if rob agree's.
